Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-8 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 7-12 Business Days

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations. We reserve the right to disable COD for certain pin codes based on courier service availability.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
